Product obtained from the mixture of natural and/or artificial sweeteners with polydextrose and Maltodextrin.
Ingredients: stabilizer, artificial sweeteners, soluble fiber, natural masking.
Application: this mixture of ingredients has been developed for total replacement of sugar in a milk caramel, without affecting the sensory characteristics of the final product (flavor and texture mainly).
