Powdered product obtained from the mixture of corn modified starches, salt and sugar.
Ingredients: corn modified starches, salt, sugar and Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC).
Application: this mixture of ingredients has been developed for preparing tomato seasoning, getting a product with good dispersion of the ingredients, good gloss, texture and stability.
